This genus often known as gliding geckos is distributed in Southeast Asia. It contains only six species.

Distribution: Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Thailand.

Ptychozoon intermedium Taylor, 1915

Distribution: Philippines.

Ptychozoon kuhli Stejneger, 1902

Distribution: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Thailand.

Ptychozoon lionotum Annandale, 1905

Distribution: India, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand.

Ptychozoon rhacophorus (Boulenger, 1899)

Distribution: Malaysia.

Ptychozoon trinotaterra Brown, 1999

Distribution: Thailand and Vietnam.
